I have to say I absolutely adored this book. Through most of the book I was a wreck wondering what the heck was going on this relationship. I felt like I was living it with them. It was pretty intense! I am thrilled I chose to be part of this blog tour since the book is amazing. Although this is the 3rd book in the G-Man (ie. FBI agents) series, it is a standalone. There are certain parts near the end of the book where the author takes us back to the characters from book #1 and #2 in the series.

What I thought
I am definitely giving this book 5 stars. It was an intense roller coaster that’s for sure. I enjoyed the development of the characters relationship and their continuing developing work relationship. The story kept me hooked from the beginning and I am seriously considering going back and reading the first 2 books in the series! I haven’t read the other books in the series but I probably would have gotten just a little bit more out of the story, especially at the end. It didn’t stop me from enjoying the story on it’s own though!
Series Reading Order
These are standalone novels. I have only read book #3 so far and there were certain parts near the end of the book where it would have been amazing to have read the first 2 books first so I knew what was happening with some of the secondary characters. It didn’t stop me from loving the book though!
